ukraine has received 350 thousand doses of diphtheria, pertussis and tetanus (dpt) vaccine for routine vaccinations in 2024 from the united nations children’s fund (unicef). the fund purchased them at the request of the ministry of health of ukraine at the expense of the government of japan. the vaccines will be distributed to medical institutions in all regions of the country.

the european business association has sent a letter to the ministry of health of ukraine regarding issues arising during the procedures for confirming compliance of the conditions for the production of medicines with the requirements of good manufacturing practice in accordance with international standards (gmp certificates). such standards cover requirements for personnel, equipment, premises, control, storage, packaging, labeling, shipment and distribution of medicinal products. in ukraine, gmp certification is conducted by the state service of ukraine on medicines and drugs control.

the outpatient clinic in the village of khukhra in the chernechchyna rural territorial community in sumy oblast, which was destroyed in the spring of 2022 as a result of a russian air strike, will be rebuilt. the outpatient clinic will be built from scratch at the expense of the united24 fundraising platform. the total cost of this construction is uah 24.5 million.
